A parking experience unlike any other! Amazing competitive pricing along with efficient , friendly and caring service conpletely sets them apart from other parking services we’ve used in the past. Recommend Booking in advance and allowing enough time to get to the airport as even though their service is on time and minutes away from the airport, traffic getting in to the terminals can be unpredictable! Absolutely fantastic facility and service. We parked our car for one week and utilised the shuttle bus to and from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff, who even had a booster pack to start our car which had a flat battery on our return. We will be back if we are lucky enough to travel again.

About time someone brought some competition to the Airport Parking Mafia, and Park On King delivers in spades! Brand new facility, state of the art entry and exit systems, friendly and helpful staff and all for half the price of any of the competition! Facility was clean, shuttle busses were brand new and both drivers professional and helpful. Will not hesitate to use them again! Used Park on King for the first time and had an infant travelling with us. They called first thing in the morning to check if we needed a child seat on way to the airport and back for the shuttle service. Very attentive checking in and out. They knew exactly when we needed to be collected as well. Very seamless parking service for the cost as well. Definitely better than any other park and fly service around Sydney.

I was prepared to park in outside area (cheaper than undercover), however, there were no spaces left. Admittedly I booked only 3 days before and it was for a Friday night. The concierge asked us to take any vacant bay in the undercover area. Slowly driving to the top, realised there were no available bays, and ended up on top floor - outside area. Returned to the lower floors again looking for parking bay, to no avail. Parked in outside area. Went to reception only to be told that the concierge didn’t know to tell us that all levels above ground were full and to go below ground. Had to move vehicle. Luckily we had left enough time to catch flight. On return, had to wait 16 minutes for shuttle to collect me from domestic airport. Otherwise all employees were very friendly and helpful, and was surprised to find an offer of a fresh, cool bottle of water before hopping in my car for the long drive home. Price - sensational, perhaps teething problems, but overall great

What a fantastic service. We were greeted by friendly staff at 5.30 am. the transfer to the international airport was smooth and efficient the return trip to the car park was just as good. Could not fault my experience with Park on King. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. It was really easy to book in and leave my car, the mini vans runs as soon as you need it and drops you right to the departures. After arriving at 6.15am I called them to come pick us up, due to traffic reasons they were a bit delayed, however kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. Joe and Trish made a great pick up team. Would highly recommend this service!

Just used Park on King for the first time and I have to say that I was very happy. It's amazing to now have a more affordable parking option near the airport and as I travel a lot for work, it's going to make all the difference for me. The staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus drivers were beyond friendly. I didn't have to wait long for a shuttle at either end. So much better than getting on the Blue Emu bus! We booked our car in for 11 days as we found the rates more than acceptable (compared to other airport car parks). The car park is extremely secure. Drop off and pick up at the airport were done quickly, courteously and efficiently. We did have a "hiccup" with extending our stay for one day, but after speaking to a manager and explaining what happened, the issue was rectified (thank you Steven). In all, an excellent service which we will be using again.

I've parked here twice and I've had such a great experience both times. The service from all the staff is impeccable and the cost is value for money. All the staff are lovely! They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, so you don't need to think about the commute in between. Highly recommend!!

I just used Park on King for the first time and the whole experience was great! Online booking was very easy, when we arrived it was easy to find a parking spot. We were warmly greeted at reception and didn't have to wait at all for a shuttle to the airport. The driver was very friendly. Our journey back was equally as good. We only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle back to our car. We were very happy with the service and will definitely use again!

I have never experienced such great customer service at any Sydney Airport parking provider than Park on King. The people on the desk are very helpful and friendly and always greet you with your name and provide follow up phone calls if you are running late to make sure they haven't left you behind! I have always been able to find an undercover car space and the pick up and drop off service is always timely, never had to wait. Not to mention the price is right. Highly recommended

Such a 5 star experience at Park on King. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were very professional and friendly. Loved that the bus was ready to go as soon as we got to reception and dropped us straight to the departure doors and a simple phone call on arrival to find a bus was already on the way and no waiting time when we got to the pick up spot which was only a very short walk outside. We chose the outdoor parking option which was great. I will be telling everyone to be using this service and will be back here again for sure. Very happy with the reasonable price! Am so impressed by their friendly and efficient service. Booking a parking spot was so easy and their rates so reasonable. When I left my camera bag in the shuttle bus, Annabel in the office was able to ring the driver Wayne and ask him to wait at the Qantas Terminal so I could get it from him. On our return, the pick up process was quick and we didn't have to wait very long at the pick up point for the shuttle bus. Thanks you to all the staff at Park On King! Will definitely use them again.

I was so happy with my experience with Park on King! They were so friendly, polite and efficient. As I drove in there was a staff member that greeted you on arrival and told you where to go. When I arrived at reception with my bag there were drivers lined up waiting to take you, and the drive was literally about five minutes from the car park to the Domestic terminal. I will definitely book with Park on King again.

This is the best parking option at the Airport - new, clean efficient and also across the road from the hotels so easy to sleep in a little later, go park and get to your flight on time, no traffic hassles. Plenty of incentives, besides the fact that the pricing is very competitive. Have tried a few of the ones around the place, some that have come and gone - I see this one being there for the long run.

Full marks! Awesome customer service and pleasant experience. It was easy to book, easy to find, boom barriers open automatically when it recognizes the vehicle number plate, clear signage for where to park and spacious parking lot. Was always skeptical of parking at or around the airport for a few days, but the Park on King experience was so good and easy. Over and above all this, the staff are very courteous and friendly. Our shuttle bus driver was David, a pleasant and friendly person. Helped us with our luggage too. No waiting time for airport drop. For the pickup, shuttle arrived within 10 minutes after I called. Keep it up guys!

Had a last minute trip to Melbourne last weekend and I must say, Eleni and the team provided me with fantastic service. After reading previous reviews, I was keen to give park on king as I normally park elsewhere when travelling interstate. Great location and quick and easy transfer to and from the airport. Park on King has and really won me over and best of all, it’s the cheapest parking station around. I didn’t expect the service for what I paid for! Will definitely book with you again. Was a bit hesitant on how far the parking is from the terminal but it was a breeze getting to the airport + picked up. Shuttles came quickly in both directions and the staff were lovely. If you can manage your time well enough to not be rushing last minute - would recommend parking here. Won't need to take out a loan to do so and it's not any kind of hassle in regards to admin/concierge process

Park on King is the best way to park and fly. Located very close to the domestic airport the shuttle has always dropped me off very quickly and pick up has been around 10 minutes max. All staff are very helpful and friendly and the drivers great. Finally it is probably the cheapest parking option near the airport so you cant go wrong.

Tried Park on King. It was way beyond my expectations with proactive customer service, easy parking, a shuttle minutes after arriving, the shuttles were fitted with toddler seats, I was greeted by multiple staff at each stage of the journey and everyone was friendly and genuine. I paid for a car wash as part of my parking booking and after arriving with an extremely dirty car, I came back from my trip with the best wash and detail the car has ever had. Even a month later the car still shines. I never thought I’d rave about a car park but they really are world class

We recently left our car at Park on King for nine days over the Christmas period. We found the service from the Reception office both for the drop off and pick up to be friendly, efficient, and professional. Our driver, Michael could not have been more helpful. We had the pleasure of him dropping us off as well as picking us up. The service we received from him would certainly be rated as 5 star. All of this for very reasonable parking rates. We'll be back.

We used this over the Christmas period and it was perfect. I'd previously used a nearby service but their undercover option proved more costly. This was the right decision as the hail storm hit while we were away so the multi storey parking here was unaffected. I found everyone very friendly from the reception to the transfer drivers. Drop offs and pick ups were all quick even considering our travel hours (needed to be parked at 5am on a weekday and left at 10pm on a Sunday).

Parked for four nights during my trip to Cairns mid December. This business really deserves the five star ratings it has received from its customers. The staff is not just efficient, but friendly too. My return flight was delayed (which meant I was going to go beyond the time that I had booked and paid for) but the team took care of it without batting an eye-lid. Don't be afraid to park here. It is genuinely a great business and that's why it has this many five star ratings.

We have used POK several times now and would recommend them to anyone. Friendly, efficient service and all the staff are professional. Shuttle buses are available within minutes of calling at the airport to return you to their base and likewise once you have parked your car there is a very quick turn around to ferry people to the airport. Why pay more at other parking areas when you can get the service, security and competitive prices with these guys

we used park on king last August when we went on our 8 day cruise. booking was very easy. getting there even easier. didn't stress as we knew our car was in good hands the moment we pulled up.. we will be using this service for our next cruise in April... only thing that would make it better is if there where shuttles to white bay cruise terminal. getting to circular quay was an easy 5 min walk to mascot station then train it in.

Honestly omg, what a lovely business with lovely people. It’s a family business of course that’s probably why! We drove in this morning at 4:50 and a warm and chirpy man greeted us and gave us thorough instructions on where to go which lifted our mood too (and at 5am that’s pretty impressive!). Absolutely fabulous! My first time to use Park On King. The ease of booking online plus getting reminder notification from them is excellent. Quick entry with their boom gate rego recognition and wider carpark. Their customer service is top notch! Greeted by VEE, validated by EVA and driven safely and on time by JIM. Service with a smile!!!! Same with my return trip KIM took my call and got Big ADAM to pick me up within 5min! Felt like I’ve been a long time customer/ well I AM GOING TO BE ONE NOW! This family owned business sure gave their greedy, expensive competitor a run for their money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🚗💨

A big shout out to the staff on tlast nights (10/1/19) late shift. My Jetstar flight was held up for a myriad of reasons and I was fairly worried about missing the clsong time at park On King. The staff bent over backwards and waited for our flight , and the late shuttle. I left the carpark after 11pm and was very grateful for the staff members for staying open until I could rerieve my car. This is why I love parking at Park on King on a regular basis. im not one to put myself on the grid i rarely write a review on any one or any thing but i was most impressed by the staff and management at POK so here i am sharing my experience i am an extremely nerves flyer who would prefer to drive rather than fly . my nervousness must have obvious when i arrived at the gate at POK i was greeted by a staff member with a smile a quick joke and given directions to my designated parking level.once parked i started walking to the lift with my hands full of luggage i was greeted by Chris a very friendly charming guy who was making his rounds on a golf cart recognising my struggle he loaded my luggage on board and drove me and my partner to reception once there Eva promptly checked us in and directed us to the waiting bus . Michael our driver super friendly courteous and to top it off a funny guy made the drive to the airport fun and stress free flying is not one of my strong points but POK professionalism ease and relaxing environment just took the edge off which made the fight to come bearable my hart felt congratulations to the well oiled machine that is Park on King highly recommend it cant fault it and will be back

We use Park on King because of the staff ..these guys make it easy ..went on a trip in November to Exmouth in WA for a holiday had to be at the airport by 5.15am got to Park On King the guy at the gate directed us to our parking spot with a smile on his face. On the shuttle we realised my husband left his fishing gear leaning against the wall ..the driver rang the office and the fishing gear was put on the next shuttle ... honestly they didn't have to do that but they did ..no problems met the next shuttle and got his gear needless to say one very happy man ... Used their service twice recently, amazing staff , made me and my wife feel like we were at a hotel l. So glad we found this service. The whole process was made easy from online booking at great rates, to check in and airport drop off at terminal and return trip back. Am very impressed with the service provided by Parkonking. Booking a parking spot was so easy and the rates are SO reasonable. The team at check in was so efficient and friendly as was our driver Wayne. When I left one of my bags in the shuttle bus, Annabel from the office was able to ring him and ask him to wait at the Qantas terminal so I could catch up to him and retrieve it. Upon my return, it didn't take them long to pick us up from the pick up point. Thanks so much Annabel, Wayne and Simon! Highly recommend you to anyone looking for a parking solution at Sydney airport.

From driving into your car park till drop off at my terminal 4 different staff made navigation easy and all my questions answered before I even asked them. The reception staff were friendly and this continued on with a friendly and helpful shuttle bus driver. The shuttle was prompt and it was only 5 min to the airport. This company has made our departure and arrival so serene and hassle free. We travelled with our two young children and using the booster seat and forward facing seat on the shuttle bus was so easy. With no prior experience I also booked my parents in law through Park on King. They found the process relievingly simple. To be picked up, and dropped off, by shuttle is the biggest perk. We all used VIP parking and plan to do so again when we next fly. (We recognised a few other cars in the car park, so we knew we weren't the only ones onto a winning wicket.) 10/10 to the whole crew.

Great experience. Reception were lovely and you can tell service is very important to them. She organised a van straight away and knew when I was arriving back to Sydney. Michael was also a great driver, nothing an issue. The booking was very easy through the site and the boom gates just recognise your no. plate and you drive straight through.

We arrved there at 5.15am to a friendly smile & was directed to our car space. We then went to reception where we were greeted warmly & given a bottle of water. The driver came, once again, we were greeted with a smile. The service here was amazing! The 3 of us commented how nice it was to be greeted so warmly. The same happened on our return. I will always park my car there now when travelling, it's so easy! 10/10 for the friendly service!

Great service, very well organised we had a very friendly welcome, shown where to park and transported right to the terminal. The driver was very friendly as were the reception staff. Great they have toilet especially with Children after an 1hr plus car trip to the airport. My husband left his phone in the car and they took him right back to get it and he was back with us within 10mins. Great from start to finish, great value will use again and highly recommend.

So helpful, could not do enough for you. In fact all the staff Wilson, and Steve the Manager were great. Showed you around and explained how everything works.
